I like to watch the news in the morning.  I click on a subject and listen to the commercial, then another commercial, and it never shows the news segment.  This happens all the time.  Also when you remain on the line to let Xfinity know if the help you received fixed the problem and if the person was nice.  YES, they are nice and yes they fix the problem but the question isn't asked if you are generally pleased about the service from Xfinity.  They apparently don't want to know.  The help fixes the problem, but so many problems shouldn't exist.  Your over all service is just so-so..
