I got Xfinity voice about 2 months ago and have been experiencing issues ever since. Last time my phone stopped working, Comcast sent me a tech. According to him, wires connecting Comcast equipment needed to be replaced (after 2 months?). Also, all the wiring was haphazardly thrown around the floor; he managed to put it all together as needed to begin with. He said there would be no charge since it is Comcast equipment.
I received the bill for $60 for tech visit. Upon calling Comcast, I was given $20 credit since representative agreed that it was not my fault; but she said that I had to call within a mont (?!) of installation, now every visit will be $60. I was refused to speak to the manager, promised the manager will call me back and gave the rep my number. Nobody called.
I am an elderly woman and cannot sit on the phone for an hour at a time trying to resolve this issue.
