Xfinity stream error

I downloaded the xfinity stream app and I am getting an error 3329.11005. Ive contacted reps twice and they said its an ongoing problem. Is there anyway to fix this, because I'd like to enjoy all my xfinity acct has to offer.

Hi Amarie -- I can help with that error code. I received your PM with your authentication information. I updated a permission on your username. Can you see if that cleared that error?

I am receiving that same exact error message after downloading the streaming app.
