Xfinity lies about credit

Recently I moved so I made a call to xfinity to transfer my internet service. They transferred my call to a local rep somewhere in Lynnwood, Wa. The guy called Charvis ( not sure about the spelling) told me that if I install the security system at the same time, he will waive my installation fee. He also told me that when the bill shows up, make a call to him and he will credit the installation fee back. I trusted him and have the internet and home security installed. Then I tried thousands of times to contact him to try to get the credit, he never ever answer my calls. It seems that he is trying to avoid me. Be careful, Don't trust its representatives. They are liers.
