Xfinity Website Doesn't Recognize My House, It Thinks It is a Building with Apartments

When I try to look up xfinity packages/deals for my house, it gives my the message "Looks like your building has multiple units. Please enter your apartment number.". It is a hosue, not a building with units/apartments. I even tried putting in different numbers for the 'unit' space, with no success. I called Comcast/Xfinity multiple times and each agent transfers me to the next without any help. No one seems to know who to contact to fix it. They issued me three tickets, and still no success. How am I supposed to find and sign up for deals for my house if xfinity website doesn't even recognize my house??? If there's a Comcast/Xfinity agent here who can assist, please let me know and I will send you my hosue info, please I need this fixed asap!
