To the Comcast Xfinity Team,
While collecting tax information for the past year, I rediscovered my Xfinity Visa Pre-paid Card that I received last year. Unfortunately, it has expired as of 12/17, and, when I checked the card balance, it shows that the funds were removed in January 2018. I have read multiple posts where people had a similar situation, and they were issued a new, non-expired card.
Would you please assist with this issue? Please let me know where to send the card details for validation.
