Xfinity Utility Pole - Cut Cable Line Hanging in Front of Property

Since this specific request can’t be made over the phone, there is a cut cable line hanging in front of my property. This line appears to be from a previous house that was on the property and subsequently demolished/rebuilt. Can someone with a bucket truck come to remove this hanging cable line? It’s hanging low above my front yard area.

Thank you Charles, I apologize about this. I do see the job is still open, however, I did escalate this to your local market. As soon as I get an update, hopefully tomorrow, I will reach back to you.
