Xfinity Online Hotspots

I have been trying to purchase an xfinity week access pass for hours.I get an error message when I try to purchase an access pass. It's states "sorry we are currently experiencing difficulty processing at this time. Please try again." I have purchased passes on this device before and this seems to be a new issue. Please help.

Hi Evans4, apologies for your experiences.  Please call our Wifi on Demand team by calling 1-866-489-0919 (24/7 line) and they will be able assist further.
