I signed up for Xfinity Mobile in September and enrolled in the $200 visa gift card offer. It is long past the required 90 days, but the status on the reward center still shows as "Pending Fulfillment Eligibility". How long should I wait? Calling the customer care number 800-526-3268 is not helping as I only hear music and never get to speak to anyone even after waiting for 2 hours in the middle of the day (M-F).
