I signed up with an Xfinity account and scheduled aninstallation of the economy double play for this week. I receievd confirmation of my account but no confirmation of the appoint I set up. Furthermore, when I use my credentials to log in I am unable to access the my account or basically any other feature. How can I confirm my appointment for installation as well as my order for the bundle, along with fixing my account login?
