XFINITY SOLUTION TEAM

Good Evening,

      On January 8th, I asked about lowering my bill.  The options provided to me, were not what we needed or looking for.  The rep advised me that since I have been a customer for a long time, that the XFINITY Solution Team could have other options that might be what I am looking for.  Which is, lowering my bill. I have the Triple Play, and not interested in Home Security.

      Once verified, please refer to the formal documentation that was placed in my record.
