My bill is $212.75 (2 year contract ended). Hard to justify $2500 per year! It is way too much money, especially when I see what "new customers" get offered. I have been a LOYAL Comcast Customer for  a long time, and every year or less, the price goes up. I pay our bills on time. I have the Premier Triple Play Bundle, but don't use the telephone portion. Wanted to go to a Double Play Premier, but this ended up being almost as much as the triple play. Also, considering buying my own equipment to reduce the rental rate on the modem/router but am somewhat confused as to what equipment I can purchase for our current internet speed as the website only works some of the time. Also thinking of  eliminating the additional TV box to reduce my 9.95/month cost.

What can comcast offer me as far as a reduced rate? At this rate, I will have to consider reducing or cancelling my service. The taxes and additional service fees are also getting out of hand.

I would appreciate a reply from a comcast representative.
