In August I was thinking of downgrading, but got busy. I got a few replies, but now can't get a response from a Comcast store nor in Customer Service. It shouldn't be this hard. I would just like to downgrade some of the tv package & keep internet.
So I post this about no answers & 2 days later no replies in Customer Service forum. Not surprising since I can't get an answer at the Comcast store either - Direct TV here I come.
