And I would be very interested in lowering my bill and see what promotional packages you have going forward. Shane was great assisting my buddy and hopefuly you can help me too. I do not need the fastest internet, I do like HBO and any packages tht would include that please let me know. if you need to forward this to Shane by all means, he said he would be expecting my communication.
