Worst customer service ever!

 

 I have had the worst ever experience with customer care. I had requested a plan with HBO and the order has been confirmed. A month later they canceled my order saying they no longer have the promotion. I called the customer care multiple times and it was just total waste of my time. Today I was on call with them for 2hr 45 min. Representative named Rodge from customer loyalty had put me on hold for and I guess forget about it.
