Wire down - low hanging wire strung from pole to house - no non-standard height vehicle can pass. NEED ATTENTION ASAP - NOT when you can fit it in the schedule in 3 days. This is for Concord MA on Lang Street.
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
The forums are not real-time support so...
If you don't wish to wait for a reply call: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
Or call your local non-emergency police number and let them know the road is obstructed.
Thanks, but already called them and was told 3+ days....that's not taking into account the additional 21" of snow and 40mph winds headed here tomorrow.
Hello kjohnson61. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, due to the hazardous weather which has impact our network. Our crews are working as diligently, and as safely as possible to repair the downed lines in your area.
Understand the piles of work you have - we've stuck the wire up in a tree branch to give some height to the plows. Even so, they have less than 2" between their top and the wire - with more snow, it's going to be a bigger problem as it will bring other wires down with it and the pole.
You're right, your wire sounds like it can become a real traffic hazard. I'd like to check on your appointment and follow through to ensure we get this completed.
