Wire Down - vehicles cannot drive through street

Wire down - low hanging wire strung from pole to house - no non-standard height vehicle can pass. NEED ATTENTION ASAP - NOT when you can fit it in the schedule in 3 days. This is for Concord MA on Lang Street.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Or call your local non-emergency police number and let them know the road is obstructed.

Thanks, but already called them and was told 3+ days....that's not taking into account the additional 21" of snow and 40mph winds headed here tomorrow.

Understand the piles of work you have - we've stuck the wire up in a tree branch to give some height to the plows. Even so, they have less than 2" between their top and the wire - with more snow, it's going to be a bigger problem as it will bring other wires down with it and the pole.
