Why is there no option to contact corporate about billing???

Loyal customer for 15 years still can't get a break on bill.When the small boxes came out they were free for 2 but not anymore. Have to pay for every piece of equipment related to your comcast service. New customers get better deals. Really considering a firestick when contract is completed. Thanks Xfinity for appreciating my loyalty.
