I just moved to a new location today. I called to get internet access before the weekend, and I ended up waiting for over an hour without an answer. The extimated wait time was less than five minutes. So, I hung up, called again, and the same thing. Why isn't anyone answering my phone calls?

Got the same thing and waited over two hours. At least update your message if you are not going to answer
