Why does price increase from $19.99 to $49.95

The price for my Internet was $19.99 per month but it has increased to $49.95 this month without warning. Could anyone tell me why it was increased by $30?!!!

Did some promotion expire? I would think something in your bill would identify the change.

It would be that the promotion ended, as Joe stated. It was not without warning. When you signed up for the plan, you agreed to this deal, and on your recent bills, it would also show this change about to happen. You can speak with retention @ 1800 XFINITY to see what offers they would have for existing customers, or maybe a rep on here could pick it up if you are patient.
