Why can't long time customers get the same pricing as new customers?

We've been a long time customer for years. Why can't we get new customer pricing when our contract comes up? I can't get through to call, the online chats seem to be offshore inidividuals who can't understand what I'm asking.

I asked the same thing. Customer for almost 20 years. Rep said I don't qualify for the price, only new customers do. So I asked, if I switch to Fios and come back in a year, I can get the new customer price? They said Yes. Unbelievable. And this is all after I stated that I was planning to bring all my phones to Xfinity mobile, which I'm not going to do now.
