Why all the junk mail from Comcast?

Why am I always receiving junk mail in Spanish and English specifically targeted for non-customers from Comcast?
All I see are fantastic offers for new customers while I have to pay way overpriced service from Comcast.
Direct tv is looking better everyday when you show me what people should be paying compared to what I have to pay!

Hello, you can opt out of mail, phone calls, and door to door sales from here. I can also look and see if there are any promotions for you if you would like. Can you verify your account information with me? I would need your phone number, full name, and service address. You can private message me by clicking my name and clicking private message.
