What's Going on?

I have an E-mail notice thanking me for ordering something and I have no idea what you're talking about.  As far as I know I haven't ordered anything from you, and if a charge shows up on my next bill it will not be paid since I haven't received anything.

Hi vandenyork -- I can help you with that email notification. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication purposes. I'll be able to go over the email with you and clear up any issues with it.

Managed to resolve it another way a few days ago.  This particular system is essentially useless for those of us who are not techno-junkies.
