What happened to my appointment

I've been on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out why you never showed up to install my internet. 

 

This is ridiculous. Great way to welcome a new customer.

Don't forget to ask for the $20 credit anytime they're late.
Maybe more for not showing up at all! 🤔🙂
