Since our community started in 2003, we have continued to allow topics to live on forever in our public forum. For a support forum this method can create some difficulty finding the exact information you are looking for. It can also mean that the solutions of the past may no longer be the most accurate up to date Best Answer for today.


Although this content has been archived, some users may want to continue to review it, or even link other users to it to continue other forum conversations. You will absolutely be able to do any of those things with any public archive content. Users simply do not have the ability to continue any discussions here.
