Welcome to the Xfinity Forum Archive

Here you will find a vast collection of Xfinity Billing, Customer Service, & My Account forum content that has been identified as outdated and/or irrelevant.

Since our community started in 2003, we have continued to allow topics to live on forever in our public forum. For a support forum this method can create some difficulty finding the exact information you are looking for. It can also mean that the solutions of the past may no longer be the most accurate up to date Best Answer for today.

Although this content has been archived, some users may want to continue to review it, or even link other users to it to continue other forum conversations. You will absolutely be able to do any of those things with any public archive content. Users simply do not have the ability to continue any discussions here.

If any of your posts end up in one of these archive boards, do not worry it will not affect your post count, your rank, or any associated badges. We have been identified some of our most helpful posts in this archive and have turned them into Xfinity Knowledge Base articles. There you will find a collection of curated content that provide the most thorough, accurate, relevant information. We always recommend that with any search you are checking the Knowledge Base first.

If there is a topic that you find in the archive boards and believe that it requires additional attention or that it may still be relevant, please contact ComcastJessie or ComcastJohnL and we will review your request.

Like with question you have, we encourage you to find the correct discussion board and posting any of your questions there. If you have a questions about Customer Service, please post it here. This ensures you receive the quickest, most accurate response possible.

Remember, if any post violates our forum guidelines, these posts are removed and/or edited immediately, and the offending content will not be returned to the forum. In addition, any posts that violate our forum guidelines in any way could result in the revocation of your Xfinity Forum posting privileges. We ask that you please review our Forum Guidelines for additional information.
