Weird Situation (Payments from unknown)

I got multiple payments on my account from unknown last year (via Phone payment).

I called support to remove those transactions, but it turned out not possible.

So, I change my account number.

Now it’s happening again!

This is so annoying. I can not track my own payments.

What should I do not to get payments from unknown and to remove those payments?
