Is there any specific ETA other than "early 2018" when the online ordering system will be fixed? The pinned post doesn't offer any additional details.

Hi io2, this error message occurs when you're trying to downgrade services online or if the promotion is no longer available to you (the website needs to be updated). If you need further assistance with changing your current services I can help you here, or you can call into 1-800-COMCAST and they can assist you as well.
