Want to downgrade

When I try to downgrade my service online I get the erroneous message that says, We’re sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.  Contact us at 1-877-680-7173.  If I wanted to talk to someone I would have called.  I don't want a Loyalty rep coming on the phone to try to talk me into something else when I already know what I want to do.  I think the best route for me is to take this equipment to the local office and cancel the tv service there.  All I want to do is have internet because we have 220 channels we NEVER watch.
