Want to downgrade our account to internet+basic

Hello,  after many, ,many yeas of spending $100 to $200 a month we are done.  We are willing to keep Comcast if can be downgraded to the minimum Internet + basic.  The total monthy bill cannot exceed $50 (with taxees)  Please let us know how to do this without all the pressure to bundle etc.   Thanks so much, await a reply.   John
