Waiting for Cocast tech to arrive

Appointment set up this morning for a tech to be here between 1 and 3. It isnow 3:35. I someone still going to be here? My land line is out and it's the only phone I have.

As you probably figured out, this is primarily customer to customer interaction, but.. They owe you 20.00 for any missed/late appointment. Did the tech eventually arrive? If you still need someone to come out, calling the 800 Xfinity # would be quickest way to reschedule.
