bumped with my recent issues !!
So after my last time when I called Comcast it looked liked they would correct all the fraudulent and double/triple charges they made to my account. I mentioned a lady at the department which initially seemd to be helpful but in the end it was all a blatant lie.
Mysteriously Camille the customer rep never returns my calls and the executive department phone number suddenly goes dead. So I decided to publish on the web (consumer empowerment) about the technically fraudulent charges they applied to my account. I wrote previously before about my problems (http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Billing/WHEN-WILL-COMCAST-FINALLY-STOP-MESSING-UP-BILLING-ISSUES/m-p/29...) and it doesn't look like they never ever will take care of it.Heck they don't even know why and how this happened.
In my recent statement they were able to charge me three billings totaling over $ 700 within less then 30 days , what's more interesting the quietly signed me up for automatic payments without my knowledge.
So I hope you Camille will read my post and hopefully get back to me and explain why I was signed up for automatic payments without my permission and why Comcast keeps overcharging me ?? Maybe by posting on the web it will be the only way to resolve this continuing nightmare with Comcast .
