TRUMP gives all the big Companys in the country their big tax breaks that they wanted so badly. WHY not pass it on down to the consumer,after all that is what keeps you in business. I have been a loyal customer here for years and every time I get 1 thing removed from my house, the price goes up,instead of down. does'nt make sense to me.
July 2016 had 1 tv removed which in turn my bill went up $5 a month
August???? = send me a remote control to talk to and charge an extra $10 a month,go through batteries like water in a garden.
Nov 2017 asked via phone to just shut down voice mail so that I can answer phone. (I could'nt answer my phone due to the voice mail interferring with my answering machine).outcome equaled to a price increase..
Jan.2018 bill arrives = what else is new = My Social Security payments are lower,Medical prices higher, part D higher and of course we got COMCAST=HIGHER and for what.
It sounds like you may have had some promotional pricing that rolled off causing your rates to increase.
