Why does my account say Voice when we do not have or use comcast phone service. we use are cell phones only and do not want phone service

Hello cherie071, I can assist you with getting the voice tab removed from your online services menu. Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, username, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me".
