Very unhappy with my recent bill. Much higher after years of loyalty.

Comcast,

I went to pay my bill and noticed that the bill was significantly higher at close to 50% from the previous bill. That's simply unbelievable after 10+ years of loyalty. Now I'm c onsidering jumping ship to CenturyLink who offer much better premiums at more competititive rates. It's as if your loyal customers are simply overlooked. Well, I've been getting offers for much lower than the ones I'm paying now. I was paying $49 for my service now it's $70. You'd think that Comcast would want to retain as many customers as possible by giving them similarly priced offers. My bill has always been paid on time and now I get gouged with this new rate. CenturyLink is looking more and more promising. Let me know what you can do. - Doug
