Very fed up!

I've been trying for almost a month to cancel my phone service. I don't need it, we use cell phones in my house. I've spoken to 5 different reps that claimed they were cancelling the service only to find out that they didn't. One rep, who was a supervisor, cancelled all of my services instead of the phone service I called about. I am now beyond annoyed and I want to make a formal complaint. I'm on the verge of just cancelling all of my services and just go with less expensive alternatives (I'm paying almost $300 a month for very sloppy service).

Hi Anderson6209 -- I can help with cancelling your phone service. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I'll be able to get your service switched with that information.
