Upgrading my service.

Can  I get special offers that say they're for new customers only if I'm already using Comcast internet, if not why am I seeing those plans when I'm logged into my existing acount?

Hello cheribent, the site will only populate deals that you qualify for while logged into your account. So any deals you see you can take advantage of, feel free to reach back out to me here if you need assistance changing your current package. Also if you currently subscribe to any of Xfinity services you would not be considered a "new customer".
