Upgraded to 250 Mbps & Status Center now indicates we have TV service too?

When on 150 Mbps the Status Center only showed Internet, now it shows TV as well.  We have no cable boxes.  Could it be referring to watching TV on the PC or Xfinity Stream App?

When I click On Manage TV it takes me back to the Status Center.

For Services it used to be only Internet, now it shows both TV & Internet.
