Upgraded TV package

Yesterday I upgraded my TV and Internet package and the TV package added new channels. I have been on the chat a few different times and I keep getting the same answer. They send me a link for self install but when I go to the link it has nothing to do with upgrading my package. Tried to call the self install number and it gave me the same link. All I want is to watch the new channels. I'm not sure what to do now.
