New Poster


I went t othe Schaumburg, Ill. store yesterday to try to upgrade my service.  The woman who said she worked for Comcast was so poorly trained, I was embarassed for her.  She didn't try to sell me or even help me.  She asked for my phone # and then proceeded to tell me what I won't get?  I was there to buy.  After a few mniutes I walked out.  What a waste of time.  


Comcast should be ashamed, the store manager should be reprimanaded or fired and the woman reprimanded for her poor people skills, not her fault she wasn't trained properly, however "common sense" would dictate you try to help the customer. 


A less then poor experience.
