Upgrade for current customer

Hello...I am a current customer and have been for years, but want to upgrade my plan to more channels. I have internet and basic TV now. I received a solicitian in the mail that interests me, but it clearly states "New customers only". It is not a wonderful deal, but about $15-$20 off per month for a couple of years.

 

Is there any way a current customer can get this deal and sign another extended 2-year agreement?
