Update Equipment

I got a letter telling me to visit  xfinity...com/equipment update.  I did, but could not access anything.   So, how am I supposed to get the updated modemyou are telling me about?

Hello lizzyjean, you can go into a local Comcast store and pick up new equipment there at no charge if you'd like. I can also assist you with getting the site to work so that your new equipment can be shipped to your home, please let me know how you would like to proceed.
