Untruthful agent

I called a couple weeks ago to try to find a more affordable package, since my promo was ending. Although it seemed like the rep was helpful in finding something that fit our budget, it was only later I learned he was not truthful. Twice, I asked if the TV package and internet speed would be the same, and twice, he said yes. We previously had Blast internet, and now have Performance. We are seeing small issues like slow loading and buffering of videos. I'm not sure what we can do at this point. Is there any possibility of honoring what he actually said?
