Unpleasant experience with technician

I had a technician at my home this afternoon, and it was a very unpleasant experience. The problem boils down to the fact that I need to get a new TV, but I am really unhappy with the way I was treated. He talked down to me and made me feel stupid, and his manner was gruff and unfriendly. This is on top of the way I was treated by two other agents on the phone over the weekend - talked down to again and made to feel like I was causing them an inconvenience. Please convey the importance of good customer service to your technicians and agents. I am livid!

Tech ops would like to hear more about this experience. Would you PM me your name, address, and best contact information please?
