Unethical business practices

My wife and I switched to Comcast/Xfinity a few months ago and since that time, we have been thoroughly disappointed. Our internet speeds are abismal. I average between 6 and 12 on my upload speed and 1-2 on download. This means I cannot do much of anything on the internet and I depend on the internet for my business. I have had numerous chat conversations which all ended with a foreign tech support person not being able to help me fix my slow speeds and telling me that within 24 hours I would hear from a senior technician. On three different occassions this has never happened. NO SENIOR TECH EVER CALLED. I'm ready to break my contract and let the chips fall where they may. Why pay for something you cannot use?
