I transferred service after moving house late last year. A technician came out and requested an underground cable install which was completed approximately three weeks ago (trenched across my yard to the nearest pedastal).
There are not enough coax terminators in the pedastal to connect my line (see fantastic picture below).
I have zero idea what the path forward is from here. I have received no correspondence from Comcast regarding the resolution. I contacted customer support last week and was escalated multiple times before a rep apologized effusively and said they would have someone address it ASAP.
Honestly I just need feedback on whether there is an active effort to resolve this issue. Any recommendations?
(If this is the wrong forum, what is the right forum?)
Do you have active service right now? Was the line a brand new line or was it to replace a bad line?
Hi nxsfan -- I can help with this installation issue. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number. I'll be able to work with local tech ops on how this will be resolved.
nxsfan -- Thank you for working with me via PM. I am very pleased to hear that we were able to work with our locals teams to get your service installed. Enjoy!
