Unauthorized withdrawl

I have a payment scheduled to be taken out on 10/24/17 And have the confirmation email saying that. Today Comcast withdrew the money scheduled on 10/24. I did not authorize this and am not setup for automatic bill pay. I was on my way to get a car after mine died. I need to put 1,000 down and since you withdrew money early and placed funds on hold I cannot get a vehicle. I have a 7 week old daughter and no safe vehicle to travel with her in. I have attached the confirmation email saying it was to be taken out on 10/24/17 this needs to be refunded immediately
