Unauthorized purchase.

I just received an email (at 12:12 a.m mind you) thanking me for my recent purchase of "R100 HD" but the problem is that no one at my home made the purchase, this also isn't the first time it has happened either.. a couple of months ago i received a similar email regarding the purchase of the HBO package (which again happened at an odd hour, 2 a.m if i remember correctly) but luckily that was easily fixed online.

Some help to get this cleared up would be greatly appreciated.
