Unauthorized hard credit pull after requesting a move

Hi,

I recently called support to make a move at December EOM. I thought this was supposed to be seamless, but apparently if moving between states this becomes a cumbersome task.
In was asked several questions, among them my SSN which I found odd considering I've been a customer for more than 2 years. I obliged and presented all the information requested, just to find out 2 days later a notification that you did a hard pull on my credit! I thought this was just a simple move? Can you please remove the credit check? I've never missed a single payment in my time as a customer, and I find very disrespectful that a hard credit pull was done without my concern. I thought loyalty would be rewarded by keeping my service after moving to a new location, but I guess I was wrong.
