Unable to sign up for new plan; asks me to return CableCard

I am trying to sign up for an offer for "X1 Preferred Double Play" for $140/month through the website.  (I don't think I will save money over my current plan, but I unfortunately don't see a better offer.  At least I will be able to get Starz and better Internet speeds.)


After selecting the plan and then additional channels (HBO and sports package), I get the page for TV equipment.  The problem is that I would like to keep my current equipment (1 X1 non-DVR box and 2 CableCards), but this page is asking me to add an additional TV and return the CableCards.  I do not see an option to do what I want and am unable to proceed.  I would also like to keep my own modem.


Can anyone help me change my plan without returning my current equipment?
