Unable to sign in or use chat

Ive not been able to sign in and see my bill and when i try to use the chat feature it just says "enter a valid account number"

To protect the privacy of your account, please send me a private message verifying your full name, street address including city, state, and zip code (and apartment number if one is associated), and the full account number or phone number associated with your services. I have the same problem.  Was this resolved?  I see no place to enter "account information">  The only info asked for is name, zip and email address.
