Unable to shop online at all.

Hello.  I am trying to see exactly what promotions are available to me.  However, whenever I attempt to, I get the following error messages:

 

  • We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.
  • Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help.

I can browse packages when I'm not signed in and there are a couple that are of interest to me, but every single package (including ones I'm not interested in at all) just says that they are promotional packages for new customers only.  I am not a new customer, so that information doesn't help me at all. 

 

Any attempt to browse packages while signed in leads to the above error message.  I can't upgrade even if I wanted to. 

Note that I am not actually interested in calling that number, as I am not interested in long wait times and dealing with a sales pitch.  I simply want to know exactly which packages are available to me as an existing customer and at what price.
